Mark Dana Mincolla, Ph.D.
Mark Mincolla, Ph.D. is a nutritional and natural health therapist, who has transformed the lives of tens of thousands of people over the last 28 years in private practice, through his frequent seminars and lectures, and his weekly television and radio shows that originate in Boston, air throughout New England, and are podcast nationally at markmincolla.com.
Television: For the past seven years, Mark Mincolla has reached 5 million viewers with each of his “You Are What You Eat” health programs on the NECN (New England Cable News) television network. In the mid-‘80s, Mark was a pioneer TV health expert at Boston’s Channel 56 (now the WB network) with the Emmy-nominated Visions program.
Radio: For the past eight years, Mark Mincolla’s Natural Health and Healing radio show has been heard throughout the greater Boston area on Sunday nights at 8 p.m. on WATD-95.9 FM. Beginning in February, 2010, the show moves to WTKK-96.9 FM, a 100,000 watt/250,000 listener station.
In the mid-‘90s, Mark’s Natural Health & Healing radio show was featured in 30 cities on the Talk America National radio network. Then, Mark was on Boston radio’s WMEX Health & Fitness Hour where he interviewed top health experts, including Deepak Chopra, Dr. Robert Atkins, Dr. Earl Mindell, and The Zone’s Dr. Barry Sears. During that time, Mark also served as the WRKO-AM restaurant show’s resident health guru.
Website: Mark Mincolla’s widely viewed website, markmincolla.com, has been active for 10 years. It’s a very detailed, interactive site where people can easily access his archive of television and radio programs, lectures, and seminars. They can also buy his books, tapes, and CDs there via Pay Pal. The site also feature podcasts and downloads of his radio programs as well as cooking segments, healing films and music that he’s produced which also appear on Youtube.
Lectures/Speaking Engagements: Mark Mincolla has been a sought after speaker for many years. He has addressed the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Massachusetts General Hospital, Jordan Hospital, The Massachusetts Governor’s Committee on Physical Fitness & Sports, The Governor’s Senior Fitness Conference, The Massachusetts Rehab Council, The American Dental Association Congress, The National Carpenter Workers Union, among many other groups.
Coaching: Mark Mincolla has personally coached the CEOs, CFOs, and Presidents of Titleist Golf, Fortune Brands, the internationally recognized law firm of Denner, Pellegrino, and other companies. He has been a transforming influence on corporate health environments for both executives and other employees with his innovative approach to nutrition, preventive medicine, and stress management.
Seminars: Mark Mincolla presents seminars for health care professionals as well as the general public. His seminars range from 90-minute talks to two-day weekend seminars. He has received Massachusetts state accreditation to teach his healing system on an ongoing basis to nurses and other health care professionals for state education credits. He also presents seminars to the general public at a variety of venues, including theaters, martial arts franchises, health/fitness/racquet clubs, health fairs, and expos.
Print & Broadcast Media Coverage: Mark Mincolla has maintained a very high media profile in New England for decades. In addition from his television and radio programs in Boston, he has received a great deal of media coverage. The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, and The Patriot Ledger have run feature articles about him and his work, and he has appeared in Emily Rooney’s PBS television program, Greater Boston, on a number of occasions as a nutrition and natural health expert.
He has also appeared regularly on WRKO radio’s restaurant show with Pat Whittley, as well as WBZ radio’s Jordan Rich Show.
Jeffrey Spratt, NCLMT
Jeffrey is a licensed muscular therapist who has been practicing for over 7 years. Believing that balance is the key, Jeffrey loves to help people better understand their bodies, why they may be out of balance, and how to bring themselves back into equilibrium. Through the use of stretches and other tools, he encourages everyone to help their bodies help themselves. Jeffrey is able to combine a scientific background with a traditional holistic approach, which provides a therapeutic massage treatment that will meet your particular needs for rehabilitation, motivation and relaxation.
Jeffrey has a B. S. from Metropolitan State College, Denver. He is a graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute and associate faculty member of Cortiva- Muscular Therapy Institute in Watertown. He is also Nationally Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Kristine M. Miele, MS
Kristine Miele is a Holistic Nutritional Counselor who has been working along side Mark Mincolla for over 5 years. She carries on the teachings of Mark by practicing his innovative “Electromagnetic Muscle Testing” EMT, which integrates ancient Chinese traditions with cutting edge nutritional science. She focuses on food sensitivities, applied kinesiology (muscle testing,) hair analysis and the mind/body connection with each of her clients. Kristine’s naturally caring personality and infectious spirit make for strong personal connections with her clients. She draws from these connections the ability to educate and instill self-empowerment. Kristine’s purpose is to help guide her clients to a healthier lifestyle through nutrition and natural health and awakening them to their own innate and infinite healing possibilities.
Kristine holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The Massachusetts College of Art and a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition degree with highest honors from the Clayton College of Natural Health. In addition to completing an apprenticeship with Mark, she has also completed the Bioenergetics Nutrition Certification Program through the Healthy Living Institute. She has received a Certificate of Achievement from The Oriental Culture Institute in the practice of The Internal Chinese Healing Arts System of Tong Ren Therapy and has completed Levels I, II and III in Thai Bodywork from the school of The Fine Art of Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Kristine is a member of The National Association of Nutrition Professionals, The National Health Federation, The Coalition for Natural Health, The American Holistic Health Association and the National Center for Homeopathy.
Amie Theriault, NCLMT
Amie Theriault is a licensed muscular therapist who has been practicing for over 7 years. She blends her vast knowledge of various techniques with her intuitive skills in order to bring each person closer to whole health. Her vision is to create an environment that is attuned to each person's unique needs and through individualized treatment, enhance their health and well-being.
Amie has her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from Boston University, a diploma from the Muscular Therapy Institute, she is nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and is an ACE certified personal trainer. Amie holds a certificate of achievement from The Oriental Culture Institute in the practice of The Internal Chinese Healing Art System of Tong Ren Therapy, is a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist, is certified for Hot Stone Therapy from The Institute for Massage & Spa Therapy Education, and has completed Levels I, II and III in Thai Bodywork from the school of The Fine Art of Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Suzanne E. Landry, MS, RD, LDN
Suzanne is a Holistic Nutritionist and Public Speaker who incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine and science based research into her practice at Santi Holistic Healing and other corporations. She works closely with Mark Mincolla and utilizes his “Electromagnetic Muscle Testing” EMT, which has helped thousands of people cure and prevent disease. She is also currently a nutrition and wellness counselor for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Her expertise is in the area of holistic nutrition, applied kinesiology (muscle testing,) food sensitivities, hair analysis, mind-body wellness, meditation and weight loss programs, incorporating nutrition and exercise.
Suzanne has a Master’s in Nutrition and she is a Registered Dietitian and licensed practitioner having completed internships at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She holds Certificates of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Commission on Dietetic Registration, Bio energetic Holistic Nutrition from the Department of Education, and meditation by the Mind Body Medical Institute. She led the Adult Oncology Nutrition Services program at the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center with a focus on prevention and management of cancer, cardiac, endocrine and gastrointestinal diseases. She has served as a Public Speaker at MGH and its surrounding community including Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Avon Breast Cancer Foundation and medical conferences.
Mona Ceurvels-Cusick CCH, RMT, CYI
Over many years of practice and study, Mona has come to know the myriad benefits of holistic healing arts. Mona is a certified yoga instructor who loves to help people connect mind, body & spirit and improve strength and flexibility. She uses meditation & Mudras (ancient yogic hand symbols,) as well to connect clients with the spiritual or “true” self. In addition, she practices dowsing, which locates blocks in the energy system and clears them, hypnosis, and Reiki. Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and a direct way to reach the subconscious mind, where all unwanted habit patterns exist. By working with the subconscious, Mona is able to help clients break these patterns, improve various aspects of life, or delve into past lives. In Mona’s Reiki practice, not only does she enjoy helping people, but because animals are some of her favorite people....she offers Reiki to those with fur & feathers.
Mona is a Certified Consulting Hypnotist, a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, Inc., Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Yoga Instructor and a Black Belt in the martial art of Tae Kwon Do.
Kirsty Robinson, NCLMT
Kirsty is a licensed muscular therapist who has been practicing for over 5 years. Whether promoting healing of a present condition, aiding in the prevention of future injury or illness, or facilitating relaxation, she truly enjoys her work. Through her knowledge of muscular therapy and a variety of other techniques, she is able to create a specific treatment to help each individual client feel great and maintain excellent health.
Kirsty has her associate's degree in liberal studies from Dean College and graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute. She is nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She is also certified in Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Reiki I and II, Thai Bodywork level II and is a member of the Emergency Response Massage International - MA (ERMI-MA), giving her the opportunity to provide massage for emergency responders in times of disasters or critical incident events.
Nick Mincolla
Nick Mincolla is Mark’s oldest son and currently a student of the New England School of Acupuncture. Nick is passionate about melding the Neuro Muscular Response system, as imparted to him by his father, with that of his formal acupuncture study, and his intuitive understanding of energy. Nick’s ultimate hope is to provide healing to clients, and guide them towards discovering, establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with their own “body electric.”
Nick has studied Tong Ren Therapy, holds a B. A. in English from Franklin Pierce College, and works in the supplement department of Good Health in Hanover, MA.

Anne McGuire
In order to recover from sickness fourteen years ago, former elementary school teacher, Anne McGuire became involved in holistic pursuits and has never looked back. Immersion into food chemistry, nutritional therapies, psychology and energy modalities convinced her of the body’s inherent wisdom to heal itself- when heeded and given the right tools. Holism of mind and body has become her path. Listed formerly in the “Who’s Who of American Teachers”, Anne is currently a licensed Reiki II practitioner and a minister of the Universal Life Church. She studied homeopathy under Lauren Fox and is co-teaching a Northwest Institute class in the Spring of 2009 exploring the connection between food and sustainability. Her future goals include learning as much as possible about energetic holism and spiritual transformation, as well as incorporating her educational, culinary, musical and artistic skills to help families transition to healthier lives.
Gail Freel
Gail comes to Santi Holistic Healing with over 35 years of administrative and human resources management in the banking, communications and medical device industries. Gail was known as the “go to” person for problem solving or just to get things done. Gail received her associate’s degree in accounting from Quincy College. For many years Gail directed a local interfaith youth group, and she volunteered as a leader and executive board member for South Shore Council of Camp Fire Inc. Gail is active in community service and several women's groups in Quincy, enjoys crafting, her busy family life, and her new role at Santi.
