Fighting Cancer Naturally

Diet: Avoid all fermented foods and foods that feed the body’s fermentation process such as sugar, white flour, yeasted bread, vinegar, marinades, all nuts, mushrooms, morels, truffles, kombucha, kimchi, beer, wine, and champagne.

Emphasize a diet rich in lean, free range poultry, wild fish, and organic, low starch vegetables. Add one serving per day of organic high starch vegetables or grains such as brown rice, gluten free oats, organic potatoes, sweet potatoes or winter squash. Also add one serving of low glycemic fruit per day such as wild berries, apples, cherries, grapefruit, or peaches.

Spices (organic): Spices are higher in antioxidants, phytonutrients and oxygen radical absorbance capacity than the most nutritious foods. Add organic clove, turmeric, cayenne, chili powder, oregano, cinnamon, basil, and parsley to your meal plan.

Beverages: Drink at least 60 oz. of distilled, reverse osmosis or any low total dissolvable solids (TDS) spring water, such as Poland Springs per day.
